Appraisals are provided in digital format and can be sent via e-mail or EDI. Our on-line status program provides 24-hour Internet access to status reports, so you can determine the status of your appraisal at any time in the process.

We also provide flood services, including Life-of-Loan Flood certs, basic flood certs, HMDA data reporting and portfolio review.
