Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc. has the ability to send and receive appraisal reports in several different formats. We utilize ACI Collection as our primary appraisal software. We can however send and receive other formats including PDF (Adobe Acrobat).

ACI is compliant with Fannie Mae’s Mortgage Links and Freddie Mac’s Goldworks software. The software applications are versions of electronic data exchange programs. More information on how you can utilize this exciting technology can be found at www.fanniemae.com and www.freddiemac.com.

We have developed an online status program. If you have access to the Internet, you will have 24-hour access to status’ reports. The online status program is very similar to the overnight faxes you currently receive. To access the site you log on with a unique user ID and password. Once logged onto the system you have access to all of your outstanding appraisals and completed appraisals. This technology saves you both TIME and MONEY.

In addition to obtaining statuses online you can also order appraisals online. Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc. is also forming strategic alliances with several companies related to the mortgage industry. Other services, which are available, include title and abstract and flood certifications from basic to life of loan.
